On-line annotation and remote proofing: Brown Industries will publish your graphic files to a discreet web address. Your office or representative manages a session where content is reviewed and comments are collected. Up to 8 people may participate at any given time regardless of their location. When your session is concluded and closed, Brown Industries is notified and may collect the file. Edits are made and the project is produced or republished depending on client instructions.

Web to Print and Web to Sample Portals: Catalogs are published behind a secure login for clients and their stakeholders. Security and permissions are defined by client requests. Users may log in, select items of interest (mailers, headers, collateral etc.), perform edits, view corrected proofs (immediately), specify quantities and place orders. Only access to the Internet is needed. The order arrives at the printing or sampling work station in seconds. Cycle times and administrative costs are reduced.

PURLS: Personalized websites can be created from your data files in seconds. Once they exist, outbound direct mail or email can send your audience to personal landing pages that were created specifically for them. The address will include their name making it a very compelling message. Once they visit their page, you will know who is curious, how far they navigated through your message and what their specific interest level might be. You can include surveys, polls or simply an invitation to register for an event.
